The company’s scope covers all types of pipeline pigs, from foam pigs and solid polyurethane pigs to disc and cup pigs and on to more complex brush and multi-diameter and light body long range pigs, including jetting and tracking pigs.
APP currently supplies pigs for hydrostatic testing, displacement, cleaning, batching, gauging and paraffin removal for oil, gas, process, fire protection lines and transmission, and distribution pipelines including effluent and intake lines.
All manufacturing is undertaken to quality Standard ISO 9001:2001.
APP uses a range of different polyurethane elastomers, selected specifically for the application, encompassing MDI polyesters, TDI polyesters and polyethers, and polycaprolactones.

In addition to new pigs the company offers a complete pipeline pig refurbishing service and spares replacement, where the used pig bodies are reconditioned and recycled.
