Thu, 21 January 2010 South Australian Minister for Urban Development and Planning Paul Holloway has approved a development application to construct an $A110 million diesel storage and refinery facility, including a 5.3 km fuel pipeline, to be located at Port Bonython in the Upper Spencer Gulf, South Australia.
