The company has quickly outgrown its Eagle Farm premises, located in Brisbane, as it has responded to demands from significant growth in the oil and gas industry throughout the east coast of Australia.
The new custom-built facility at TradeCoast Central will be located on the corner of Schneider Road and Amy Johnson Place. The new facility will feature 2,000 sq m of office area with an option to expand up to a further 1,000sqm. The workshop will have a floor area of 3,650 sqm to support Enerflex’s range of services and functions.
Environmental considerations have been an important element of the design, and the building is the first in the development to be rated 4.5 stars by the Green Building Council of Australia.
Enerflex Australasia is a subsidiary of Canadian-based Enerflex and employs more than 600 people across Australia. The company’s head office is based in Perth, with additional operations located in Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur, in addition to field offices in Roma and Moomba.
