Due to its light dry weight of 900 lb (408 kg), the lifter can be attached to a number of carriers including normal size host machines, mini excavators, wheel or track type loaders, cranes, pipelayers, forklifts, and skid steer loaders.

The MC3 lifters are designed to operate with a material-specific pad assembly, enabling users to lift and move:

  • Flat steel plate
  • Concrete slab
  • Landscape rock
  • Steel pipe
  • Polyethylene pipe
  • Steel tanks
  • Coated pipe.

All of the lifting pads utilise a special seal material to protect coated pipes from any damage, while providing a secure lift.

Vacuworx’s MC3 system uses a closed frequency wireless remote control system, which allows the equipment operator to manoeuvre the material being lifted from the host machine with precision and no additional personnel required. Additional fail-safe features include visual and audible low vacuum alarms and a reserve vacuum tank.

Vacuworx has over 20 years of experience in vacuum lifting and is currently operating in a new manufacturing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma in the USA.
