Staff from Maloney Field Services will shortly begin knocking on the doors of landowners in the Sunraysia region as part of land acquisition negotiations for the recently constructed water pipeline network.
Under a contract with Lower Murray Water, Maloney Field Services will be working to acquire the formal easements and assess compensation for land in Robinvale and Mildura affected by the new high pressure pipeline system.
Maloney Field Services will be meeting with individual landowners in Robinvale in relation to more than 50 properties directly affected by the pipeline network. The firm’s representatives will also meet with a further 50 affected landowners in Mildura situated along additional recently completed pipeline infrastructure.
Maloney Field Services Director Jamahl Waddington, who grew up in Robinvale, said his team took a professional and open approach to landowner negotiations.
