tecsis ultra-high pressure gauges are the perfect choice when maximum precision is required at ultra-high pressures. These pressure gauges comply with the maximum safety requirements and are optionally available with limit switching contacts and damping.

The tecsis ultra-high pressure gauge provides an economical solution when dealing with working ranges of up to 10,000 bar and when safety, capacity and costs are decisive factors. The ultra-high pressure gauge also has optional limit switching contacts, safety features and liquid filling for damping.

Ultra-high pressure sensors in the equipment provide reliability, safety, corrosion resistance and a high degree of mechanical loading capacity for all ultra-high pressure measuring tasks. The wide range of connecting facilities and output signals makes tecsis the forward-looking choice.

Additionally, tecsis maintains a PTB (Physikalisch - Technische Bundesanstalt – German National Metrology Institute) accredited calibrating laboratory for gas and oil pressure calibration. The calibration laboratory is in a position to display measurements of up to 10,000 bar with a tolerance of 3 x 10-4. This results in safety and traceability in accordance with international standards and full documentation and proof of quality.

Temperature monitoring at the flick of a switch

tecsis has just released the new PT Switch for temperature monitoring. Additional features for the new tecsis PT Switch include switch output, an LED display plus a 4...20 mA or 0...10 V analog output. The analog output allows continuous monitoring while the display offers local indication and programming of the switch set points.

Thanks to the switch, the cost of buying a temperature gauge, temperature switch and temperature transmitter can now be combined into one product. There is also the added bonus of only needing one port connection instead of three, and a reduction in installation time. Also, if the signal output is not required, the PT Switch can be ordered with two switch outputs.

Setting of the switch points and the switching function is done via the two buttons on the display, and can be programmed on site. The hysteresis is also programmable across the -50 to 200°C range. Threads, stem length and stem diameters can be custom made to suit your requirements.

OEM pressure sensors

tecsis OEM Pressure sensors are top of the range pressure sensors. With their technical qualities and attractive price level, they are suitable for OEM applications with mean and high quantities. The compact sensor design enables space-saving and low-weight installation.

Measuring ranges from 0...1 bar up to 0...1000 bar and graded in accordance with EN, the pressure sensors offer a wide range of possible applications. For connection to an electrical output signal, plugs according to DIN 43650, or cable outlets are available. The OEM pressure sensors meet the electromagnetic compatibility requirements of EN 61326.

Features of the sensors include:

• Corrosion resistant stainless steel design; • Medium wetted parts of stainless steel; • No internal sealing elements; • Pressure connection G1/4B; • High peak pressure resistance; •High alternating load resistance; and, •High long-term stability.

Digital Pressure Gauge

With the new digital pressure gauge tecsis offers the ideal solution for a digital local indication, independent from mains supply, thanks to an integrated battery.

The 350° rotatable display ensures good visibility of the display, independent of the mounting position.

Additionally the display case may be rotated axial-wise by loosening the counter nut at the pressure connection.

The measuring ranges, graded in accordance with EN, range from 1 bar up to 400 bar.

Optionally a peak value memory, an analogue output or a limit contact can be provided. Consequently the digital pressure gauge can be used for control applications.

Accuracy, reliability and resistance to mechanical load make the Digital Pressure Gauge suitable for pressure measuring tasks in various applications in machine and apparatus construction as well as in hydraulics and pneumatics.
