The new Transmark Fcx has evolved as a result of the acquisition by Transmark Holdings of the FCX International distribution businesses in Asia Pacific and Europe. The Australian and New Zealand operations represent a new regional footprint for the parent company and a significant portion of the $350 million global business.

The company’s industry presence stretches over 35 years in Australia and over 100 years in New Zealand via its New Zealand subsidiary company, Taylors. Customers have witnessed successful rebranding of the company from Pegler Hattersley, to Pegler Beacon, to FCX Australia and FCX New Zealand and recently, to Transmark Fcx.
