Unpiggable Pipeline Solutions Forum

Returning by popular demand, the Unpiggable Pipelines Solutions Forum will be held from 15–16 May 2013 in Houston, Texas.

The forum will address the capabilities and guidance concerning tools for corrosion and mechanical damage inspection of ‘unpiggable’ oil, gas and hazardous liquids pipelines.

Focusing on existing technologies, as well as those in research and development, the program will include information on advances and best practices in above-ground remote assessments, guided wave technologies, and internal corrosion direct assessment methods; live-line access techniques; and, low-flow restriction robotic and wire-line powered internal inspection tools, which is important for pipeline segments that cannot be taken out of service when further integrity inspections are required.
