Metgasco, a natural gas company focused on developing coal seam gas and conventionally trapped gas resources of the New South Wales Clarence Moreton Basin, was amongst the first clients updating their X-Info Connect with the PriceFinder feature.
“This new service saves our time and improves efficiencies by automating workflows. Previously we have been forced to search information manually from government databases and then enter information into our databases,” Metgasco Land Administration Officer Hamish Ramsay says.
“Now we can concentrate on using our stakeholder and land access information management system rather than supporting it.”
X-Info Connect is a fully customisable solution to help any size business to connect and collaborate.

X-Info Connect takes the core functions of stakeholder, project, CRM, GIS, and document management systems and integrates them into a unified knowledge solution.
X-Info Connect with PriceFinder’s online property search application is easy to use. The property data is maintained within X-Info Connect; data fields from the online PriceFinder property and ownership data are mapped to X-Info Connect properties and owners and from there authorised users can manually update a single property, or select multiple properties to be updated. Scheduled updates automatically update property data at a defined interval.
X-Info Connect queries the PriceFinder web service for the requested data and automatically updates the property and ownership information in X-Info Connect, and a summary of the update is emailed to selected users. Any potential conflicts between the PriceFinder and Connect data are also flagged so they can be resolved. Using the X-Info Connect API (application programming interface), the property and ownership data can be pushed into external GIS and CRM systems.
